Position Summary

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or until the job is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Work safely at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.

Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.

Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call, as business needs dictate.

Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Requires visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, lift weights up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting), and work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (provided by U.S. AutoForce). Work conditions may involve weather exposure, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 and able to operate equipment.

At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.

Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.

Work safely at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.

Adhere to company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.

Pass forklift certification.

Willing to work overtime as needed.

Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC).
