Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm or until work is completed, with rotating Saturdays from 7:45am - 2:00pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment used when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and using safety procedures
Remain on the move, work on feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed
Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as business needs dictate
Perform other job‑related tasks and follow instructions from supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The job requires frequent lifting of products up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting up to 40 pounds pushing force. Team lifts or mechanical equipment may be used for commercial tires. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline are required. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions and moderate noise. Exposure to fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants may occur.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC)
