Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Sunday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 12:30am or until work is completed. Overtime is required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, you will perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.

Apply a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.

Be on the move; remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as required.

Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, or will call, as business needs dictate.

Perform additional job‑related tasks as requested by your supervisor, in accordance with reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, you must have the visual, auditory, physical, and mental abilities to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and will exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. Team lifts or mechanical equipment may be used for heavy loads. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.

At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently, with occasional lifts up to 80 pounds.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.

Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.

Adherence to all company safety policies and applicable transportation and manufacturing regulations.

Successful completion of forklift certification.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to follow instructions and safely operating procedures.

Team‑oriented work style.

Pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
