Logistics Administrator

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for supporting end-to-end shipping and logistics operations, with a strong focus on documentation, compliance, and shipment accuracy. This role ensures that all domestic and international shipments are processed efficiently, properly classified, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes, export documentation, and regulatory requirements, along with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping Documentation & Coordination

Prepare and generate all required shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, export invoices, freight invoices, packing lists, and other logistics-related documents

Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for both domestic and international shipments

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate timely shipment processing

Maintain organized and up-to-date shipment records and documentation

Compliance & Shipment Review

Review domestic and export shipments to ensure proper classification, labeling, and adherence to company and regulatory standards

Verify compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and export controls

Identify discrepancies or errors in shipment documentation and take corrective action promptly

Support audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate and traceable records

Monitor shipment status and proactively track deliveries to ensure on-time performance

Investigate and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues

Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding shipment status and issues

Provide updates and reporting on shipping performance as required

Operational Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations

Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Support high-volume logistics activities and adapt to changing business needs

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall logistics and supply chain functions

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred

2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations

Experience in handling export documentation and international shipping processes preferred
