Position Overview
The Event Assistant supports the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown

Support event logistics and on-site operations

Greet and assist attendees in a professional manner

Distribute event materials and provide information

Coordinate with team members and vendors

Maintain clean and organized event spaces
