Position Overview
We are searching for a Junior Event Specialist to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of live events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in event operations. Full training is provided. Job: Full time. Salary Range: $19.50–$30.25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
Support event planning activities, including scheduling and logistics.
Help organize event materials, equipment, and supplies.
Interact with attendees and provide assistance when needed.
Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
Follow event timelines and support team members during execution.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in face-to-face event settings.
