Responsibilities
Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.
Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.
Build relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision making.
Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or Master\'s degree.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with business acumen.
