Job Summary
Villa Casa Casuarina is an iconic luxury hospitality destination known for its historic architecture, refined service, and world‑class guest experience. Maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of this landmark property is essential to our brand and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance to protect the historic integrity of the property.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
Assist with special projects, renovations, and inspections as needed.
Requirements
Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing.
Attention to detail with respect for historic architecture and finishes.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
$18 hourly plus commission.
