Position Overview:
Green Water and Power is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This individual will manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including reviewing and monitoring compliance to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms. The Contract Administrator will act as the central hub between internal teams, clients, and vendors, handling documentation, amendments, and renewals with exceptional speed and professionalism.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and track all sales contracts in collaboration with General Counsel, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for original contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
Monitor key contract milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates to prevent unwanted autorenewals or missed obligations.
Complete the term sheet accurately, documenting all client details and GWP data, including LLC name, address, contact information, and emails.
Coordinate with Business Development and Sales Teams to confirm deal terms and streamline contract workflows.
Manage a master tracker for contracts and electronic signature platforms, including Adobe Sign and Docusign.
Follow up with clients to secure signatures through Adobe Sign or Docusign.
Verify correct legal entity or LLC names using the Secretary of State records.
Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ years in contract administration or management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding contract law, regulations, and procurement processes.
Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), and electronic signature tools (e.g., Docusign & Adobe). Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
