We are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. Formal on‑the‑job experience with AI is a plus, but we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into personal projects, explored AI‑driven development environments, or built automations using AI agents. About the Role
Data and technology are core enablers to creating great products and experiences. In this position you will develop and deliver the strategy for how business owners connect their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to Capital One for enhanced customer experiences. You will lead our ERP data innovation agenda, collaborating with partners across the organization to determine how we can use this data and AI to deliver more value for customers and propel the organization’s growth. You will partner with the newly acquired fintech Brex to develop our ERP destination strategy. The role calls for white‑space thinking, problem solving in a fast‑changing technology environment, and being at the forefront of creating new ways to use data.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role by location are listed below.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
