Opportunity
Seasonal and part‑time positions are available April–November, including summer opportunities for students.
Seasonal landscape workers support the care, appearance, and overall presentation of outdoor grounds and garden areas across Kohler Company properties. This hands‑on role includes mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, mulching, turf installation, and assisting with seasonal floral displays and décor. Seasonal workers help maintain high landscape standards, contribute to plant and turf health, and support an exceptional guest experience throughout the growing season.
Specific Responsibilities
Perform daily landscape and horticultural tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, pruning and general grounds clean‑up.
Assist with planting, bed preparation, soil care, fertilizing, and seasonal change‑outs for flowers and landscape beds.
Assist with seasonal décor, including installation and maintenance.
Support turf installation and turf care projects as directed.
Monitor plant and turf health and report issues such as pests, irrigation concerns, or plant decline.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support seasonal landscape operations.
This is a seasonal, part‑time position with shifts varying between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Skills / Requirements
Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Flexible schedule with availability during seasonal peaks, including occasional weekends.
Experience operating landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, or utility vehicles preferred.
Familiarity with basic plant care, turf installation, irrigation systems, or pest monitoring preferred.
Interest in landscaping or gardening preferred.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $14.85 - $22.25. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
