Job Description:
Resource's typical working day:
General desk top support
Hardware/software support
Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
Responding to tickets
Maintaining office technology
Front facing customer service
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
Backend office MS Office Support
MS Intune
Active Directory
Remote management
Incident Request Management
Must Have Skills:
Good technical skills, Good customer service
N ice to have skills:

Banking or law firm support work,
Experience with Apple Ios
Adobe Acrobat
Years of Experience : 5+ years
Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
Software skills:

MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
