Administrative Assistant
for a
1?month temporary assignment
supporting day?to?day office operations in a professional, fast?paced environment. This is a great short?term opportunity for someone who is organized, detail?oriented, and comfortable working on?site.
What Youll Be Doing:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting setup
Prepare and format documents, reports, and emails
Perform data entry, filing, and basic record keeping
Support ad hoc projects as needed
What Were Looking For:
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and detail?oriented
Ability to work
on?site in Santa Monica
for the full assignment
