We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Turndown Attendant!
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for individuals who have a knowledge of housekeeping with good communication skills.
Applicants are required to have physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude and willing to learn is must.
This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
