We are hiring a Solar Panel Installer / Electrician for a full-time opportunity in Escondido, CA . This role is available as a temporary (3-4 months) or temp-to-hire position , working a day shift, Monday through Friday . The position involves installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures, performing electrical work, and supporting solar installation projects in a team environment. Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience).
Responsibilities
* Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
* Assemble and mount solar panels, racking systems, and electrical equipment
* Perform electrical wiring and connect systems to inverters and the grid
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe job site
Requirements
* Experience in electrical work or solar installation preferred
* Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools
* Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
* Must pass background check and drug screening
