Warren Averett is assisting a client in the Talladega area with the search for an Administrative Assistant Human Resources & Accreditation. This role provides administrative support to leadership and assists with HR operations, accreditation processes, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to HR and accreditation functions, including scheduling, reporting, and record maintenance
Assist with recruiting activities, onboarding, and employee documentation
Coordinate background checks, physicals, and drug screenings
Support accreditation documentation, audits, and compliance tracking
Maintain confidential records and assist with HR reporting
Attend Board meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Bachelors preferred)
13 years of administrative experience; HR or accreditation exposure preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Valid Alabama drivers license
Clear background check
Ability to pass a physical and drug screen
Insurable to drive company vehicles
