Overview
We are seeking a senior-level IT Architect with deep expertise in Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) and Quote-to-Cash processes. This individual will play a key role in aligning business objectives with scalable technology solutions, driving architecture strategy, and leading complex CPQ initiatives across enterprise systems.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions across sales and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions aligned to Quote-to-Cash processes
Define and drive CPQ architecture strategy, standards, and best practices across the organization
Lead design and integration efforts across
SAP CPQ and other CPQ platforms , including CRM and ERP ecosystems
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, scalable implementations
Optimize CPQ capabilities including pricing logic, product configuration, workflows, and automation
Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support
Ensure system integrity through testing, audits, and governance practices
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and provide guidance on delivery timelines
Review and approve technical configurations and deployments across environments
Develop technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and provide guidance/training to cross-functional teams
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of overall IT experience, including architecture and enterprise solution design
8+ years of experience implementing CPQ solutions within complex environments
Strong experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and enterprise system integrations
Proven expertise with
SAP CPQ
and its integration into broader enterprise landscapes
Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP platforms
Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and modern integration patterns
Familiarity with enterprise security concepts (SSO, OAuth, SAML, data protection)
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple CPQ platforms (e.g., SAP CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, or xywuqvp similar tools)
Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
Background in Master Data Management (MDM)
Relevant certifications in CPQ, SAP ecosystem, CRM, or enterprise platforms
