The Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation. We prioritize technical excellence while fostering seamless global collaboration that spans divisions, teams, and time zones to deliver impactful solutions that advance our organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition processes, to support complex enterprise sales cycles and subscription models

Lead technical implementation of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities, ensuring optimal configuration for quote-to-cash processes

Architect enterprise-level integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and third-party systems using API frameworks and integration platforms

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex revenue recognition requirements and pricing models into technical Salesforce solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards

Drive solution architecture decisions for large-scale Salesforce implementations, balancing business requirements with technical constraints and scalability needs

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with deep understanding of object-oriented programming and enterprise architecture patterns

Extensive hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Sales Cloud implementations in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of design patterns, API integrations, and third-party integration platforms (such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi)

Proven experience with cloud computing technologies and platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for Salesforce integrations

Experience with revenue recognition processes, subscription billing models, and complex pricing configurations within Salesforce ecosystem

Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to architect scalable solutions under tight project timelines

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and executive leadership

Demonstrated “roll up the sleeves” approach with strong client‑focused mindset and self‑starter mentality

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; Master’s or Advanced degree preferred.

Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for Salesforce deployment automation

Knowledge of data integration and ETL tools (such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi) for complex data migration projects

Previous experience in consulting or client‑facing roles with demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and solution presentations

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $180,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
