Responsibilities:
Audit/verify charges prior to invoicing of freight bills
Rate/verify charges as soon as paperwork arrives
Process paperwork into the image system
Communicate with agents/owner-operators with any problems
All other duties as assigned by manager
Process invoices to be mailed to customer.
Requirements:
Typing 10-Key Communication Skills Customer Service Skills Proficient in Microsoft office
