Job Details:

Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in clinic setting

Adult primary care focus exclusively

See approximately 20 patient encounters per shift

Epic training required every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Epic training must be completed after credentialing and before start date

BLS certification required

Minimum board certification eligibility required

Estimated credentialing timeframe of 21 days

Fellowship training preferred
