Job Details:

Monday through Friday clinic schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Adult primary care focus

See approximately 20 patient encounters per shift

Epic electronic health record system training required

Epic training sessions occur every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Epic training must be completed after credentialing and before starting patient care

Board certification or board eligibility required

BLS certification required

Fellowship training preferred

Estimated credentialing timeframe of 21 days
