Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Behavioral Health LPC for a leading national physician services organization in a SNF setting in Evansville, IN.

• Provide individual and small-group counseling to SNF residents
• Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, and adjustment to chronic illness
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the IDT (psychology, psychiatry, nursing, social work) on integrated behavioral care
• Document per Medicare Part B and state board standards

• Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
• Active state license as LPC, LMHC, or equivalent independent practice license
• Experience with geriatric / long-term care population preferred
• Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
