Lead multiple engineers on technical projects across the product, collaborating effectively with partners, product managers, customers, and other engineering leads.
Drive the scope of functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring the team can execute with strong incremental deliveries and balancing product requirements with technical feasibility.
Build well‑rounded engineers, distributing work to maximize product objectives and personal skill development.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $207,000–$300,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary within the range is determined by role, level, and location, as well as experience and education.
