Join the team replacing manual ticketing with autonomous agents that resolve enterprise IT, HR, and Ops tasks instantly. You will own the core reasoning engine, building reliable agent architectures that plan multi-step workflows, self-correct, and take action across dozens of systems. Strong product sense and proficiency across the stack, particularly with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
