About the Role
As aBehaviorTechnician or RegisteredBehaviorTechnician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Follow treatment andbehaviorintervention plans
Collect and track session data
Support skill development and promote positivebehavior
Share progress with your clinical team
If you love working with children or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be an excellent fit for this role
