Responsibilities
Asset Management support and compliance of government property for THAAD contracts at the Sunnyvale location. Additional support and coordination with other Space THAAD and MFC THAAD locations. Support to include but not limited to evaluation of property records for compliance and accuracy, physical inventory and disposition activities, shipment verifications, DCMA Audit support, GFX attachments, CDRL, etc. Record maintenance/updates in Property Business Systems (PBS) database to include auditable data fields and supporting documentation, property record creation, in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFAR 252.245 and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. Facilitation of Asset Management requirements with the Property Custodian (PC) community. Property record analysis in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Must be a United States citizen.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
Effective communication and writing skills.
1+ years of related experience.
Currently active Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
DAU Property Certification and/or NPMA Property Certification, or in the process of obtaining.
Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE.
Familiar with internal systems (ATS, SharePoint, etc.).
Experienced working in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work location: Onsite Full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule: 9x80 every other Friday off.
Experience Level: Experienced Professional.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $57,100 - $99,015. This range may vary depending on state and other factors.
