About the Role
We are seeking a
Supply Chain Specialist
to support critical supply chain and cross-functional operations within our growing manufacturing environment. This is a
6-month temporary assignment
designed to support key initiatives and evolving business needs, with the
potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role
based on performance and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will partner closely with teams across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to help drive issue resolution, support compliance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day supply chain operations and cross-functional coordination
Drive and track deviations, change controls, investigations, and related actions to closure
Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve material and quality issues
Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentation
Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure execution
Gather and communicate critical data to support decision-making and investigations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operational processes
Support reporting, data analysis, and project updates
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
(Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.)
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Associate’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Experience in biotech, life sciences, medical device, or a regulated industry is a plus
Familiarity with GMP, QMS, deviation or change control processes preferred
Experience with systems such as ERP, QMS, or document management system, Veeva,is a plus
Key Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
Compensation
Pay Range: $38.86 - $49.18
Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
