To make the best out of your work, we need you to:
Manage general ledger and subsidiary ledgers for multiple entities
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
Prepare annual tax declarations and assess tax implications with external advisors
Execute payments and ensure accurate postings
Compile monthly financial statements and related reports
File VAT returns and summary reports on time
Assist with annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS
Create and maintain transfer pricing documentation
Process travel expense reports
Participate in the annual budgeting process
Collaborate closely with management on accounting and reporting matters
Help improve and digitize financial processes
You are a good fit if you have:
A commercial qualification or degree in Business Administration; certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) prefrerred
5+ years of finance experience in an international B2B environment
Knowledge of SAP HANA, ideally with hands-on experience
A firm grasp of numbers and a precise, structured way of working
Excellent organizational abilities, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
A team-oriented mindset and the drive to take initiative and ownership
A pragmatic, hands‑on approach to solving problems
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
