Overview
Join Our Team as an Electronics Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Location and Schedule
Location: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton or Englewood, CO. You will be working a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role
Develop circuit, board, and electrical subsystem performance and test requirements.
Capture electrical schematics and guide the board layouts.
Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.
Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system level testing.
We are looking for
Experience in the development of high reliability electronics for flight.
Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers.
Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
3+ years professional experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience with analog, digital or mixed signal circuit design, troubleshooting and/or circuit analysis.
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Existing DoD Top Secret clearance is noted as desired in some contexts.
Security
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Other information
This position is onsite full-time: work will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule: 9x80 every other Friday off.
