Description: Join Our Team as a Software IPT Lead for the FBM Tactical team where you will be involved in planning and executing avionics work scope and program execution. Location: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton or Englewood, CO, and be expected to work in the office full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM), a 63-year-old program with a long-standing history of Mission Success and a strong partnership with our Navy Customer. What does this role look like?
As a Software IPT Lead and CAM, you will support the LE2 Program for Avionics. Use your strong software engineering skills to work with all project partners and define the future for FBM.
Responsibilities
Lead, budget, and manage the cost/schedule/technical performance.
Effectively manage project performance (Schedule, Cost and Technical).
Coordinate and establish work lanes for incoming / outgoing program needs.
Support staffing and resource updates.
Coordinate with the LE2 Product Team to balance resource requirements through IPT management.
Qualifications
Experience leading software projects, teams, and development efforts.
Experience as a CAM.
8+ years of professional experience for this role.
While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience leading software projects, teams, and development efforts.
Experience as a CAM.
Experience with the product life cycle (development, deployment, retirement).
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, pass drug and background checks to meet eligibility for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
SCRUM Master certification.
Baseline control experience and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
Ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
Systems thinking behaviors and ability to implement constructive change.
Project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical).
Experience using JIRA or VersionOne or similar tools for project planning and tracking.
Missile or space segment design and test experience with subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.
Active clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, US Citizenship for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in various states is $134,000 - $236,325. Salary depends on location and other factors. Details provided in offer.
