Senior Revenue Auditor - Mindil Beach Casino Resort

The opportunity
Delaware North Australia has an exciting full-time position for an experienced Revenue Auditor to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. Reporting to the Finance Analyst and working closely with the finance team, you will be responsible for auditing gaming and non-gaming revenue at the resort.

What will you do?

Complete daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, reconciling system reports, physical counts and financial records.

Perform month-closure procedures.

Investigate and resolve variances, escalating issues promptly and partnering with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.

Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports covering revenue and non-revenue items.

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML/CTF obligations, financial standards and internal controls.

Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation through strong controls, clear SOPs and audit checklists.

Coach and quality-check junior auditors’ work to ensure accuracy, consistency and timelines.

More about you

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as finance, accounting, commerce.

Previous revenue auditing experience – preferably in hospitality or gaming environments.

High level of Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives License.

Able to work some weekends on a rotational roster.
