Perform ongoing patient assessments, wound care, and basic procedures as orderedCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient status, and support discharge planning
Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and accurate charting
Requirements
Registered Nurse license required in the state of practice (Oregon)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience within the last 3 months
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Ability to work night shifts in a Med/Surg/acute‑care setting
