Carle Health is seeking
Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
or
Physician Assistants
to join our Level III NICU team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Join a growing team of 8 Nurse Practitioners and 6 Neonatologists
48-bed NICU including a 14-bed step-down unit
Dedicated 24-hour Neonatologist Physician team coverage
Schedule will consist of a combination of 10-24 hour shifts, depending on experience
600+ admissions and 3000+ deliveries per year
Attend high risk deliveries and perform standard NICU procedures such as: intubation, lumbar punctures, PICC lines, Umbilical Catheterization, and chest tubes
Dedicated Neonatal and Perinatal air and ground transport team
Flexible schedule including evenings
ights and holidays
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
PA applicants will need to have completed a NICU APP Fellowship or have previous experience practicing as a NICU PA
Licensure/Certification Requirements
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse license. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification and licensure required.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $65.47 - $85.11/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
