EHS Manager
What's the Job?
Lead and manage Environmental Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Oversee the company’s internal EHS management system and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and manage safety strategies, budgets, and training programs for staff
Support line managers in implementing safety policies and hazard control programs
Conduct and support accident investigations and follow-up actions to prevent future incidents
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management or a related field with emphasis in industrial hygiene and safety management
Minimum of 5 years of health, safety, and environmental management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in a multi-plant setting is a plus
Strong background in safety audits, behavioral safety, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene
Knowledge of workers’ compensation and OSHA recordkeeping requirements
