Food & Beverage Supervisor!

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. You will support the senior leadership of our Lobby Bar, Grand Club, and In-Room Dining teams by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching and giving direction, and may also include ordering, training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. Food & Beverage Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge, serving as a liaison between culinary and outlet operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

The hourly rate range for this position is $29.70/hour to $30.29/hour. The starting rate is $29.70/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the Food & Beverage Supervisor position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is currently offered at $30.29/hour.

Qualifications

True desire to satisfy the needs of others

Food & Beverage and/or hospitality leadership experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while standing/walking for long periods of time

Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight

Understanding of food safety standards

Must have Food Handler’s Card

Must have open availability including weekends, holidays, morning/afternoon/evenings
