As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll help carry this mission forward and make a meaningful impact every day.
How Your Role Makes a Difference
Oversee child welfare contracts within the respective branch location(s)
Collaborate with DHHS partners to provide data and analysis as needed
Review case files, documentation, and service activities to ensure adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and contractual performance measures
Analyze trends, generate reports, and facilitate CQI meetings to recommend strategies for improving outcomes and addressing systemic challenges
Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care, Licensing, and State Adoption
Perform regular quality reviews of case records to assess service delivery, identify risks, and verify data accuracy and completeness
Work closely with directors and supervisors to develop and implement corrective action plans, training needs, and workflow improvements based on QA findings
Oversee data entry and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to funders, accreditation bodies, and internal stakeholders
Provide training and technical assistance to staff on documentation practices, case compliance, and quality expectations to promote consistency and accountability
Oversee the distribution and analysis of satisfaction surveys from clients, caregivers, and stakeholders to inform service improvements and measure impact
Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by the supervisor
Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department
May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany-sponsored event
Complete other duties as assigned
What Will Make You Successful
Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college
Broad knowledge of basic principles, concepts, and methodologies of Human Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply logic and critical thinking for problem-solving
