What you’ll build
In this role you’ll define and own content strategy across end‑to‑end customer journeys, mapping content to integrated marketing programs that move customers from awareness to adoption and retention. You’ll build content plans for key marketing motions, brief internal teams and external agencies, and ensure high‑quality, channel‑appropriate content that drives measurable business outcomes (awareness, pipeline, activation, and retention). You will be the customer advocate—ensuring content is findable, consumable, and decision‑ready—and you’ll use data and market insights to optimize performance and test new concepts. You’ll also identify and operationalise opportunities to use generative AI to scale content production and personalise while preserving quality and brand voice. Your work will directly impact how customers discover, evaluate, and adopt SAP solutions.
What you bring
6+ years delivering measurable business impact through content and content strategy.
6+ years of digital marketing experience, including customer‑journey mapping and understanding buying committees.
Deep knowledge of content disciplines (content strategy, content ops, SEO, and cross‑channel execution).
Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling content experiences.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional work in a matrixed organization and manage agencies/partners.
Experience using data to optimise content and familiarity with generative AI applications in content production.
Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
