
Senior Recruiting Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiting Specialist for our Houston, TX office.
The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts for field and corporate vacancies
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
Develop a strong talent pipeline through networking, market research, and proactive outreach
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Identify sourcing opportunities
Prepare recruitment-related metrics and reporting
Ensure appropriate record keeping, communications, and administrative activities related to recruitment activities
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
5+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting role
Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
Proven skills in collaborating with managers to identify and select high-quality candidates
Ability to multi-task by effectively prioritizing tasks, working both independently and within teams, and following through to ensure deliverables/deadlines are met
Capability to implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals, cold‑calling and networking
Working knowledge of applicable HR laws/regulations
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Experience recruiting a variety of field and corporate roles in the energy industry
Required Education
High School Diploma
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree
