Job Description
As a Sourcing Recruiter you will manage the full sourcing lifecycle for highly specialized engineering and technical roles. Your focus will be on roles such as Software Development Engineers (SDE), Cloud Hardware Development Engineers (CHDE), and Systems Development Engineers. You will collaborate closely with Recruiting Business Partners, Recruiting Managers, and senior technical Hiring Managers to build proactive talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract passive, world‑class technical talent across Compute, PLEX, Hardware Engineering, and ML/AI domains.
Conduct weekly hiring manager sourcing sessions and contribute qualified candidates to established talent pools.
Perform proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and initial screening to assess technical background, career motivations, and role alignment.
Partner with Recruiting Business Partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through offer.
Continuously map target companies, talent ecosystems, and technical communities relevant to Compute and ML Services hiring needs.
Support and lead sourcing sessions with builders and technical teams to generate referral leads and candidate pipelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipeline metrics, and sourcing activity in recruiting systems.
Communicate sourcing progress, pipeline health, and market insights to stakeholders through regular updates.
Contribute to team-wide sourcing best practices, training initiatives, and process improvements.
Essential Skills
Technical recruiting experience.
Experience in sourcing and pipeline management.
A proven track record of success in technical recruiting, particularly in banking and finance sectors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
Work Environment
The role is based 100% onsite in Seattle, WA. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no overtime, weekend, or holiday work required. The environment is individual‑focused, allowing for collaboration with other recruiters while also working independently.
