About the Role
As the Communication Manager for Quotient Inside, you will build, develop, and implement an internal communications and adoption strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative for Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation. The role focuses on reinforcing priorities, driving engagement, and supporting adoption across the organization.

You will work closely with the Quotient Inside Project Management Office, Product and Activation teams, and regional stakeholders to align messaging, timing, and audience targeting. You will also collaborate with the broader Internal Communications team to achieve group goals.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end communications strategy and execution for Quotient Inside, ensuring consistent delivery from planning through execution.

Coordinate messaging across global and regional channels to maintain consistency.

Shape leadership‑level narratives, including progress, impact, and calls to action.

Align communications with product releases, activation waves, and key milestones so messages support adoption and momentum.

Track engagement and effectiveness, refine approaches based on feedback and data, and adjust messaging and channels to improve reach and impact over time.

Experience Required

At least 5 years of experience in communications, change communications, or internal engagement roles.

Strong strategic writing and storytelling capability, able to explain complex initiatives clearly and compellingly for different audiences.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and complex programs, comfortable shaping and advising on messages in such contexts.

Ability to manage multiple communication streams in parallel without losing quality or focus.

Comfort operating in fast‑changing, high‑visibility environments, able to adapt quickly as priorities and timelines shift while maintaining clear, credible communications.

Skills and Attributes

Strong editorial and narrative clarity in complex environments – adept at distilling evolving initiatives into clear narratives for various audiences.

Ability to influence alignment without formal authority – experience shaping messages, managing sensitivities, and aligning communications with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Audience‑centered communication across levels and regions – track record of tailoring communication to different audiences, cultures, and levels of seniority while maintaining consistency.

Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining precision and quality – produce high‑quality communications when inputs are incomplete or priorities shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000. The base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
