We are currently looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer who can take ownership of projects, lead teams in the field, and deliver high-quality installations in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Pay: $37.00 - $48.00/hour , depending on experience

Position Summary
As a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer, you will oversee and execute commercial HVAC installations through completion. This includes coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
You’ll play a critical leadership role in the field: managing job sites, guiding team members, and ensuring every project reflects the quality Jacobs is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations, including ductwork and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, material schedules, and submittals to ensure accurate installation
Coordinate labor needs with Field Supervisors and Managers on a weekly basis
Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
Create material lists and develop fabrication guides for in-house sheet metal work
Lead and enforce jobsite safety, including running safety meetings
Track and submit daily time sheets and job status reports
Ensure job sites remain organized, efficient, and professional
Required Qualifications
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment specifications
Proven experience installing commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal ductwork
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication, organization, and technical skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to lift and carry materials and tools up to 100 lbs
Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and other structures
Comfortable working in various physical positions including kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Ability to safely handle tools and equipment
Adequate vision (with or without correction) to perform job duties safely
