The Opportunity
As part of the Alliance team, you will drive growth through substantial relationships and strategic direction while supporting multiple alliances in automation and pricing optimization. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, focus on strategic planning, mentor junior staff, and ensure project success while maintaining exceptional standards. This role offers the chance to collaborate with external organizations, enhance visibility for joint offerings, and contribute to PwC's initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Alliance Point Partners for cohesive execution.
Analyze market trends to refine pricing strategies.
Uphold exemplary standards in project delivery and client service.
Identify opportunities for pipeline progression and added‑value creation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
5 years of alliance management or relationship management experience.
Desired Attributes
Demonstrated success in managing business relationships.
Excelling in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for improved outcomes.
Analyzing competitive landscapes and industry trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 – $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $73,500 – $244,000. Actual compensation depends on an individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
