Automotive Regional Performance Director - WEST CAMPAIGN - Easton, MD
Position is Commission / Bonus based.
Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Regional Performance Director to oversee multiple dealership operations and drive performance across the region.
Automotive Dealership Management Experience Required
Hertrich is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 Dealerships and 18 Automotive Brands. We proudly support 90+ local charities and operate with a culture built on integrity, accountability, and performance excellence.

What You'll Do
Oversee performance, profitability, and operations across multiple dealerships
Lead and hold teams accountable to core dealership processes and standards
Partner with General Managers to improve sales, service, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
Drive results in inventory management, profitability, and operational efficiency
Conduct performance reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements
Collaborate with OEM partners and executive leadership
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing dealership leadership teamsEnsure alignment with company goals and growth strategies
What We're Looking For
5+ years senior automotive leadership (multi-store experience required)
Proven track record in driving profitability, CSI, and team development
Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office
Results-driven with a strategic mindset
