
Engineer - Method - EIT

Responsibilities
Establish, update, and maintain construction methods and sequences
Prepare constructability documents and implement construction and HSSE friendly design
Contribute to establishment of schedules
Follow up and verify that methods are reflected in project schedules
Participate in design reviews, focus on constructability
Organize and lead meetings as required
Ensure involvement from the projects personnel in development of construction methods
Give input to lessons learned reports and workshops, improvement of routines and procedures
Communicate and collaborate with all areas within Method discipline, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Engineering and Construction
Required Expertise
A Technical or Bachelors degree. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.
3 years of work experience
Industry experience required
Good knowledge of the work processes within the discipline being carried out.
A minimum of 2 years experience with EPC processes within the Topside and Facilities / Renewables segments.
Software skills in MS Office 365.
Proficiency in Method Planner, Visual Construction Planning, Autodesk NavisWorks Manage, and Aveva E3D Design (Constructability Engine).
Professional working proficiency in Norwegian and English.
