The Role
As a
Product Analyst
at Air Apps, you will analyze both internal and external products to identify potential new functionalities, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance, optimize features, and support strategic decision-making through actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement.
Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
Requirements
Around
3+ years of experience
in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in
SQL, Python, or R
for data analysis.
Proficiency with
analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Understanding of
A/B testing methodologies
and statistical analysis.
Experience with
data visualization tools
(e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
