Enterprise Modeling Specialist

The Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department (CMED) in the Integrated Performance Subdivision leads integration and application of modeling and simulation capabilities and modern analysis workflows to support end-to-end effects chain analysis and space and space-enabled campaign modeling. As a member of CMED, you will provide technical capabilities to support our customers in modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of space, air, and ground-based systems of systems to investigate architecture and concept of operations (CONOPS) performance in nominal and contested operating environments. MS&A focus areas include agent-based modeling, red vs blue simulations, military utility and capability drawdown, killchain effectiveness, enterprise architecture resiliency, and command and control (C2) evaluation. We support a variety of customers with diverse program portfolios, and we are looking for curious and innovative teammates to help us address our customers’ hardest problems! Work closely with our cross-mission focused program offices and customers to translate their program needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks. *Minimum Requirements:* or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience, including multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments. Experience with missile tracking, missile defense, general tracking concepts, estimation theory, OPIR and RADAR system contributions to tracking.Advanced experience with Python and C++.
Familiarity with Digital Engineering including modern software development methodologies, tools and processes, distributed frameworks, API development, and cloud computing. Ability to work on dynamic assignments and adapt to changing customer expectations.
Collaboration skills for integrating across organizational boundaries and with multiple customers to drive impactful, end-to-end solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM).
Knowledge of Intelligence Community, U.S. Department of Defense, and Department of the Air Force business practices and programs.
