Purpose and Mission
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing proces.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Monitoring and Adjusting Machine Parameters: Ensuring machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
Testing Batch Quality: Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Reporting Equipment Malfunctions: Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
Maintaining Production Logbooks: Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered.
Ensuring Safety Protocols: Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards.
Improving Production Processes: Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Skills
Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience
Previous Experience
3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and tools
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
