Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and dependable
Residential Plumbing Supervisor
to lead field operations across residential projects. This role is responsible for overseeing plumbing crews, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining schedules for new construction, remodels, and service work.
Position Summary
The Residential Plumbing Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for field teams, ensuring that all plumbing work in residential homes is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This position requires strong hands-on plumbing knowledge, the ability to manage multiple jobs at once, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support residential plumbing crews across multiple job sites
Coordinate daily schedules for rough-in, top-out, trim, and service work
Read and interpret residential blueprints, layouts, and plumbing plans
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, company standards, and inspection requirements
Perform jobsite walkthroughs to verify quality, accuracy, and completion timelines
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions in the field
Coordinate materials and deliveries with warehouse and office staff
Train and mentor plumbers and helpers to improve skill level and efficiency
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and customer-ready
Communicate with builders, homeowners, and internal teams regarding progress and expectations
Enforce safety practices and company policies at all times
Qualifications
Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience, with leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and code requirements
Ability to manage multiple homes/projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills in the field
Professional communication skills, especially when interacting with builders and homeowners
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Full‑time
Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime depending on project demands
