Job Summary
Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing ABA care to children with autism and related disorders in their natural environment – their homes. Our mission is to provide individualized, family‑focused care that helps children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board‑certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders
Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver buy‑in and family engagement
Requirements
Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
0 years of experience as an RBT or related field
Work Environment
Part‑time and full‑time positions available
