Job Summary
At Intellistars ABA, we are passionate about providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services to children in their homes.
Responsibilities
Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices
Requirements
A certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (e.g., autism, behavioral therapy)
0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
